Impact of under carb-load?
This is my first week of UD2. It is Friday, I have done all my week according to the plan, but I am having difficulties eating as much carbs as required for today. I am way under on carbs, very well in fats and proteins as per the plan.
What is the impact (positive or negative) of not eating the required amounts of carbs?
