Questions before buying the RFL diet ebook
 
Hi everyone,

I am currently weighting 86kg (189lbs) for 1.78m (5.9 feet ? not sure) and looking like my pictures : (I've already posted them on the estimate bf% topic which people told me I was between 17 & 19%)

As my girlfriend is annoying me because I don't have abs and I look "too fat" (I do not feel that I am so fat but .. anyway), I was wondering if the RFL could do it as I am currently trying to cut on a very slow deficit but results are not showing... or is the RFL more intended for even fatter / untrained people ?
I would be sad to lose the muscle mass I have acquired working hard for several years now.

Also it seems that the book includes a workout plan, but is it ok for me to keep working out using the Lyle GBR as I like it during the cut or is it intended to be run with the workout specified in the book ?

You don't have to worry about muscle mass loss if you follow the book and this is even more true for people with higher bodyfat.

Stick to the book guidelines. It's an extreme cut with the bare minimums lifting-wise. Save GBR for another diet.

Yep that's the second version.

PS Don't do RFL (or any diet for that matter) for your girlfriend

No girlfriend that’s wife material would care if you have abs as long as you’re healthy, happy with yourself and treat her well. Get single, get those abs if you want them and find a quality woman.

So I just did a quick read of the document (will read more carefully tomorrow), I was just wondering if the ephedrine was required to get good results (because I am not sure it is "legal" without prescription in my country, as I live in France)

But if it is I can probably buy it on black market (and the link provided by Lyle on post it topic does not work for me)...

And also I did not find any mention about creatine, can I keep taking my daily 5g during the RFL ?

Also fat free cheese is mentionned in the book, I don't know how it looks in the US, but in france it has these nutritional facts :
for 100g
calories 52kcal
fat 0.1g
carbs 5.1g of which sugar 5.1g (probably lactose)
prot 7.4g
salt 0.15g
Calcium 240mg

does it look ok for let say a 300g serving (~22g prot & 15g carbs) or should I stay only on white fish boiled & egg whites ?(and maybe isolate whey)

I apologize if it is already answered in the book, but it was not clear for me at my first read (+ the cultural differences)
