I'm a bodybuilder and was reading some articles their about proteins. I saw that you like MPI.
but my doubt play the following .... if we bodybuilders eat every 2-3 hours would not be wp the best protein to be consumed aiming to gain muscle mass?
and consuming casein or a mixture of whey / casein just before bed?

Simply, the "old school" protocol you've postulated is not shown by available research to necessarily be "the best". For the details as to why...........
