Question about TKD carb levels.
Is the 25-50 g pre workout recommended in addition to daily carb intake (30g) or in place of? Ie. 25-50g carbs per day (all pre workout) or 55-80g per day (30+25-50) total? Couldn't find a total carb recommendation in the book for TKD.

Added to your daily CHO. So 30-50 per day. Then add 25-50 periworkout. If pre, source doesn't matter. If post, use a starch/glucose source.
