Suggestions for Pre-Workout Supplements Please
 
Anyone got any ideas for pre-cardio and pre-lifting supplements?

Looking for something to give a bit more energy release for a bit longer in order to train a bit harder (not 'madman' stuff)

200-400mg of caffeine + 1-3g of L-tyrosine + high GI sugars (think half bag of Skittles).

It's a pre-workout bomb and closest thing to EC stack.

The skittles part had me rolling haha!

Would a banana be enough?

Well, bananas are low GI, you need something to raise blood sugar faster (Skittles, M&M, etc)

Citrulline mallate aint half bad for the pumps. Used to do a lotta caffeine and l tyrosine but just dont do well on stims any more. 50 to 100g carbs from starch and fructose and generous amounts of salt do me well

Ah, the NO goodness, feels good. Citrulline improve local muscular endurance and fatigue. It potentially increases training volume, but we don't know if it does through NO boosting effect.

I use CM for more hypertrophy work (12-20 reps) instead of stims. It's working well.
