8 weeks after RFL
Deficits - I am eating 1500 calories-ish. 30g fat, 100g carb, protein.

Workout - Stubborn Fat Solution 2.0. 3x a week + 15min light weights at the gym.

Jogging 5 miles - 1 to 2 times a week

Weight is about the same. But my bicep veins are popping out. First time ever in my life.

So I feel like I am getting leaner.

went to the sterling brunch today at Bally's. Ate 5lbs of king crab legs, 1 lobster tail (didn't like it), and 3lbs of stone crab claws. It's a celebration of making 150lbs. I planned to be around 150 for this trip and I actually ate about 2500 calories today. Drinking Perrier sparkling water right now so I don't feel hungry.
