I'm new to the forums. I started the ultimate diet 2.0 yesterday.
I have a question....
My maintenance calories are 2226. So I ate 1113 calories yesterday. In the book, Lyle says to not go below 1200. Should I raise the calories to 1200 and do some cardio?

Your tracking is that precise, down to a single calorie?
It's really no big deal as long as you create the 50% deficit and get your protein requirements. He actually mentioned somewhere you can just run RFL on the diet days if you are so inclined. Get your 1.5-2g/lb lbm of protein and 6 caps of fish oils and the rest is up to you.
