Using PSMF, Suggested Goal Weight?

What do you think would be a good goal weight for me? Do you think that I would be able to look decent before a bulk? Thanks!

Currently

5'10
213 lbs
guessing around 30% bf

honestly, I wouldn't set a weight goal number. They are arbitrary and mean very little anyways. My advice would be to start losing and just keep going until you get where you want from a leanness standpoint.

IMO, you will need a bulk, but I would get lean first.

and for what its worth, I probably would not start off with RFL unless you have been dieting in other ways for a while and just need to drop it quicker.

If you really need a weight goal, I would shoot for around 180 for now, then reevaluate once you get there.

But as Gaucho suggested, aiming for a bodyfat percentage is probably smarter. People often have to lose a lot more weight than they thought to get to the bodyfat level they want.

This. If you're too worried about your bodyweight then you'll never get lean. I wasted years worrying about what people would think of my bodyweight.
