One thing I usually train "Full Body"

I see that was not a option you recommended was the reason just time wise and the workouts would take to long.

Set up like the basic
Mon, Wed, Fri

Full Body Heavy A.M, Light P.M

Just use your exercise and rep/set etc protocol

Is something like that (if time is available) feasible or even worth it or is the goal to make them short 40-60 minutes, and training full body with the sufficient volume needed would not be capable?

That's fine. Most past the beginner stage do not train full body which is why I didn't adress it specifically.
