The Leangains Guide

I wrote a guide about intermittent fasting and the Leangains approach. It includes sample setups and some key points to consider when designing a diet.

The Leangains Guide

Since IF-related questions pop up quite frequently, I believe it might be of use.

That is going to be very helpful for anyone new to IF wanting to get info all in one place, thanks for the effort.

I was always interested in IF, thanks for sharing your knowledge.

My favorite part of IF is trying to explain it to people. They think you're completely crazy.

The more they think they know about nutritioin and training the more they think you're crazy.

For dieting there is nothing I can imagine better. Squeezing your meals into a shorter window allows you to eat more per meal and feel more satisfied plus you can do some fasted carido in the morning burning pure fat. My wife has been doing this for about six weeks and seeing great results dispite a retarded diet and not tracking her food.

Glad it was appreciated.

Yeah, well you're not doing yourself any favors by trying either. Waste of time. I've yet to come across someone outside of internet forums that wasn't convinced that six meals a day boosts metabolism, insulin is evil, carbs are fattening etc.
