Right..... so you either weigh it raw and choose that value from your food tracker, or weigh it after you've cooked it, and choose THAT value from your food tracker. It doesn't matter if you cook it...

It just means you're not spilling ketones into your urine. And anyway, ketosis/no ketosis doesn't make any difference for fat loss. All that matters is a consistent caloric deficit over time.

Sounds like a good plan! See how you feel--don't be afraid to take a refeed. Free meals are optional, but refeeds really can help if you start to have crappy workouts or you start feeling bad.
