Try using a rubber band around ur fingers and ooen them up with the rubber band might have a imbalance with extensors and flexors flexors are always the strongest

What if i wanted to to work in the 12-15 rep range or maybe a bit higher do i still have to focus on getting stronger and adding weight over time in the 12-15 range to keep seeing muscle size...
