I've done IF and UD2. I just tried not to have one big meal with all my carbs in out for the day after my depletion workouts or anything. And I didn't do it Thurs PM and Fri AM due to the carb load....

Training Schedule

In the past, I have enjoyed the typical Monday, Tues, Thurs, Fri ABAB schedule using Lyle's bulk routine. I am coming off about 5 weeks of UD2 and am planning on switching to a three day per week...
