Just do the GBR Rotating the workouts over the 3 days you have in the gym each week.

So week 1 is Lower 1, rest, upper 1, rest, Lower 2, 2 rest days, upper 2 and repeat.

I wouldn’t go that far. I would say that paying anyone for a program in the modern day with Lyle’s GBR and specialization routines out there for free and Helms’ Pyramid books is probably pretty dumb.
