You're "lucky" you don't have to put down over 1200g carbs. The first 6-7hrs are fun but it can get tedious/nauseous if you don't mix up your sources.

I weigh 220lbs, average 15k steps a day, lift 4 days a week and my maintenance is around 3300cals.

Depressingly low (for my weight) in my opinion but that's what an sedentary job does to you.
