I don't care. Trying to band aid an inherently deficient diet like this is missing the point completely. There aer also endless cofactors IN FOOD IN MEAT that improve absorption.

My GBR is about 7-8 sets per muscle group twice per week. That's 15-16 sets per week. 10 sets/week per muscle group is trivial, 5 sets twice per week? C'mon.

Take them out and you risk deficiency of all three.
