How does your general recommendation, 6-15 reps, translate to something like myoreps? Just count the myosets, the triples/fives what I do after the initial, activation, set?

This is something I've been thinking about too. My workouts usually last from 90 minutes to 100-110 minutes. 5x5 squatting alone takes about 30-35 minutes for me. I can't imagine to finish my workout...
