My partner and I got into a serious car wreck when a drunken driver slammed into us 4 months ago. I got away with a few scratches but, she, unfortunately, wasn't that lucky.

Yes, I think that's where her head is at, based on a lot of the stuff she's saying in general. She almost seems frightened to go back to exercising the way she did prior to the onset of depression....
