they are still calories as fiber yields 1.5-2 calories and there are digestible calories in fibrous carb sources so dont know why you wouldnt count it?

if one is doig two a day training when bulking say 3-4 times a week and then starts to cut understanding that volume should come down would it be best to reduce to 1 two a day training session right...

Can DE work be done till failure or close to it or for higher repititions as well? Or is it supposed to be more of low rep and low load work (ex.8x3 with 60%1RM) or can it be done with say band work...
