Yes, that is a low RMR. Mine is low at 10.2 x Lean mass and 8.9 x BW, but 6.9x BW sounds horrible.

How about others? Anyone else had RMR tested? What were the results?

Came in at 8.2% dexa, 7% calipers and 4% bia (joke). My thoughts are they all underestimated bf% and the true measurement is more like 11-12%.
