How to truely balance out your training to prevent injuries and etc.

So I follow a push pull squat hinge Dan John workout.

My question is in reference to upper body exercises and trying to prevent future posture and injuries do we balance a push with a pull or does...

Any idea on why in my case my bummed shoulder and tendons initially started feeling better after about 2 weeks then they FELT GREAT at about 3 weeks to 1 month and felt GREAT all the way to 2nd month...

Form Check on Straight Leg Deadlift

I have never deadlifted much and have tried to start incorporating barbell and dumbbell into my routine.

I use (very light weight) and the barbell feel extremely ackward.

Dumbells do feel better...

So we know that 30 to 60 reps twice a week is optimal most of the time.

So lets say 50 reps get you bigger and stronger...
