This may be exactly what you’re saying but there’s nothing on bulking. It’s all fat loss. Feels like there’s a couple chapters on getting “lean gains” that are missing.

I would recommend investing in Lyle's Rapid Fatloss Handbook and following it. If I was in category 3 it's the only way I would be happy dieting.
