The womens book vol.2 release date

I just purchased the womens book vol.1. Is there any time frame for when volume 2 will be out? I'm mostly interested in exercise for women as vol.1 states that vol.2 will focus more on that part....

Taking bronkaid long term

Does anyone have experience taking bronkaid (Ephedrine) long term(6+ months) at a time? I've read that the longer people take it, the better it works but I'm not sure of the time table they used.
