Bod Pod assessment today. Over roughly 10 weeks of RFL (between August and December) I lost 14 pounds of fat mass. I'm Category 1 now officially, too, at 23.5% body fat :D

I have constant problems with that on RFL, and veggies/fiber don't help me. If you can get Miralax wherever you live, that is a godsend. 1-2x daily as needed.
