The 3lbs gain is caused by:

1. sugared greek yogrut. i eat 4 chibani's a day.
2. no SFS 2.0 (35min workout)

it's basically more calories and less workout. let's see...

I have been pretty good about eating less and doing SFS 2.0 more frequently and the results are showing.

i don't plan to drop to 139 like I did once but keeping things around 150 and staying...

I have been consistently eating 200 calories more a day and skipping the workouts I need to do. Boy, do these things add up.

I am slowly trying to get back under 150. Let's hope I can get there...
