Had the last 7 days off from work and it was not good for diet but was great for fun :eek:, went out for the weekend and had lots of margaritas so just went ahead and turned it into a maintenance...

I agree, even doing RFL its seems like its taking a while to get to where I want to be. It makes you realize how fat your really are when you start to diet down and you see its gonna take longer...

Good to see you found what works for you and not having to dread or suffer through it. I think I have done the same with RFL, I always dreaded making a run at and now that I have been going at it...

Full body work out and then epic REFEED! Back to normal dieting tomorrow, first week was pretty easy to adhere too. Scale not moving much but I have a weird schedule so I dont pay to much attention...

We are on a similar path I see, im looking to get under 200 by Dec 20th for a little cruise ill be taking for christmas. Good luck and lets hold each other accountable and reach the goal.
