From what I've read before it may be less accurate during passive monitoring because it doesn't actively check the heart rate as often, but is supposed to be more accurate...

I don't think "water" hangs on that long and hard. Not saying it is impossible.

Could be where you are now is a "set point" for you, just an equilibrium that the body fights to maintain....
