Phew thpught ot was just me being sucky at high rep stuff. I never clocked one under 2 hrs using weights that'd leave me gassed by 60s rounds

Whoo almost there. I bumped my deficit down a bit to the point where I'm only clocking like 1/2 lb fat loss a week. Low back and ab feels good and hard and very little subq fat left around navel....

My experience reflects thus as well. Ud 2.0 is easier with if too on first 4 days. I used ec and nicotine during the fast.
