BTW, this study came up with an even stupider way of counting sets than this whole 'count compound sets as direct for smaller muscles'. I was both impressed and amazed.

They screwed up reporting both Ostrowski and Schoenfeld but not in such a way as to change the conclusino to match theirs. Unlike Brad who lied about Ostrowski to change the conclusion.

Otherwise it makes zero difference.
