What about plateaus? The article basicly claims to "defeat" a plateau with taking some time off (2-4 weeks). Not exactly based on research but more from results "in the field".

When you have more muscle mass on your frame it probably looks better if you have the same fat mass. Because you lack some muscles, I would estimate your bodyfat levels slightly higher than 14/15%....
