You can get any dumb "fat-burner" pill they sell in regular stores. Or just stick to coffee. They do reduce hunger for me and help with energy (increases NEAT). I will tend to just sit on my butt...

Whenever I get DOMS I tend to hold on to water, too. The muscles feel all hard/swollen. Especially if it's in the legs, my weight'll fluctuate up significantly. :3
