10% vs. 30% does not mean the extra 20% would all come from fat.

There is more protein loss as the deficit increases.

You can buy liquid melatonin for easier dosing. The kind I buy is 4ml for 1 mg of melatonin, so it's quite easy to dose tiny amounts. It seems like the pills are always 1mg or higher.
