4.0-6.0 fasted is normal

Up to 7.8 up to 2 hours eating is normal

3.4 looks hypo or just a messed up test. BG meters...

I have been incorporating some more carbs, and scaling back the fat in my diet.. my weight has gone up 4-5 pounds since Saturday... could this just be a water balance deal? I need to weigh in again...
