I really like the mix of doing both some HIIT and steady state in the same session. Made the time fly by.

I did the typical low carb for 4-6 days followed by a high carb day.

I prefer lateral raises with cables more than upright rows or dumbbell lateral raises. I like the tension and I like that I can vary the angle of resistance compared to dumbbells.
