i know that...maintenance calories for 2 weeks...

but then i can go in the bulking phase for let's say 4-6 weeks and again 2 weeks RFL...etc etc..

is it good way to cycling...

chest and back training is on monday..next...

chest and back training is on monday..next training for same muscle group is on saturday..

what about 2 sets for maintance on wednesday for chest and back.. is this too much...
