Which can often largely be explained by decreases in NEAT, not metabolic rate.

The adaptive Metabolic rate decline is usually around 10% of BMR. Not massive declining bmr.

To make the Fitbit quasi accurate, I had to decrease my bodyweight by about 40%. Instead of 170, I put in 100 lbs. seems much more accurate. But still just a poor estimate.

Low body fat & genetics for the most part. Some people get abs at 15%, others 8% or lower. Seems like another genetic lottery. Ab exercises always feel like a losing proposition.

Difficult to see with that pic. If you see lower ab veins ~ 10%, if not higher. Youíre probably ~ 12% or so. Pretty lean regardless. Good work.
