Creeping down slowly but it seems like it only goes down a little after i do a workout.

I have softball tonight and tomorrow, hopefully that will help push me well under 170.

.5 lb a day for the next 8 days would put me just under 170 which would be ok although i was hoping to be lower.

well its been almost 2 months since i finished RFL on 4/22.

Finished at 172 lbs and my weight since then has averaged around 176-177, going as high as 179.5.

I am going to do another round starting...
