IF can mean a lot of different things. GSP skipping breakfast and still training like an elite athlete will have different results than being stranded on an island not getting enough calories.

Got it. 8 work sets is quite a few for deadlifts while on a PSMF. I'd get your weights figured out, and then reduce the volume for now. But do whatever works
