Thank you! But damn that's a lot of carbs. If I go with the lower end, that's 195 grams of carbs (based off 143 lbs LBM), and the higher end being a whopping 429 grams of carbs!

That's weird because the trader Joe's near my place only had low fat cheese. The lowest I saw was 3g fat, but we're supposed to be on fat free while on RFL.

Thanks! I do have the book. I missed the part about cardio but found it. So I can do cardio anywhere from 20 min/2-3x per week to 40 min/3-5x per week. I'll try to see which one fits into my schedule...
