So if you like so do it. Lots of people don't do refeeds at all ,instead eat higher calories on all days. Others do like refeeds, and higher deficits...

In general yes, but not all are equal - some do better on carbs, some on fats.

Refeeds with carbs (Leptin..) work for them, too. - Lyle wrote about it, women...

That's the one I'm using, because no other app we've tested like myfitnesspal etc. allows for calorie cycling (cyclical diets), i.e. different makros on a recurring...
