a carb is a carb.. the problem with cheap carbs is usually they have lots of sugar & fat associated with it & dont fill you up.. so if you keep your sugar & fat grams in check, eating cheap carbs...

i wouldn't chew anything with even 1g of carbs in it. especially gum, i put like 3-4 in at once like 2-3x a day.

smith machine gives you no range of motion back and forth.. and the only thing i use it for is for shrugs.
