I use myo-reps instead of straight sets on all isolation exercises and some compounds.

So instead of 3x12 I will use 12+3+3 etc. I count mini set as one straight set. Recovery is more or less equal.

Yeah, 50mg daily is PCT dose literally. Anything from 12.5mg to 25mg daily should be ok. Or 25 EOD, 50 EOD, whatever the schedule is.

Hm, you have pretty low E2 levels. Are you feeling any symptoms...

Try 50mg EOD or 25mg daily.

That's T:E ratio of 16, which is perfect. Optimal ratio is 14-20.

Check your E2 if you think it's problem. Water retention can be caused by more stuff then estrogen alone.
