175x5x5 deadlift

Then some back and biceps to round it out. Prob switch to pullups next week bc I'm pretty fat and heavy right...

He said his back is hurting... and it hurt my back watching that... why not make an adjustment in bar positioning that might be more comfortable and alleviate some of the stress on his back?

agreed, the best cue ive gotten for benching is to tuck my shoulders into my back pocket.... that frees up a TON of room in that shoulder joint

recumbent bike is a much better choice IMO... a lot more benefit to using the recumbent bike for postural reasons... regular bikes leave you flexed at the hip and are bad for anterior pelvic tilt......
