I would recommend trying just a standard diet based on the Baseline Diet series on the main site. Once you get around 10% you can assess if you need fancy strategies for stubborn body fat like that...

Depends on the goal. For hypertrophy any muscle youíre trying to grow using a deadlift can be more effectively done with other exercises. Some isolation and some not.

So week 1 is Lower 1, rest, upper 1, rest, Lower 2, 2 rest days, upper 2 and repeat.
