That's true. The juice probably isn't worth the squeeze at that point, and it probably won't work out as well in real life as on paper. I'm going to have to get on the specialization track sometime.

looks fine but one thing I try to do a little differently is make sure by pelvis is lined up with the rest of my body vs having too much anterior pelvic tilt. This keeps my back a little flatter...
