I did a legs volume session in an unfamiliar gym. I won't go through the whole workout as i had to sub some exercises. got 100kg squat 6x8 though.

All the weights are in kilos in my gym except the cables. I like to do bodyweight in lbs though as i've got a better sense of weight in lbs.
