I'd go with rapid fat loss. Ithe really helps you understand FAT loss vs WEIGHT loss. That said I've never read flexible dieting. I have read stubborn fat and UD 2.0. Bother are great books...

I only use water when I run out of milk,not a fan of the taste. I don't see why this matters for absorption unless you have creatine in it though. That needs some carbs for absorption
