Intra Workout Carbs (Amount)

So I've trained fasted for years.

But I want to start adding carbs (Gatorade Powder) during my sessions.

Because my sessions are longer ~2 hours about half way through I notice a drop in energy...

Only thing I was thinking about. Was the possibility of hyperplasia happening isn't that big of a deal.
But if in those new muscle fibers, you could hypertrophy them as well....

Just add mio or other water enhancers to plain Greek Yorgurt. Been doing that for years. Why waste the calories. Unless you are in a gaining phase or tough time gaining weight.
