Had Monday off from work, so I didn't get to the gym. (It's near my job so I can go at lunch.) Food was good over the weekend and I'll just cut out a walking session this week.

I just used salt, pepper, and a bit of cajun seasoning. Sprayed it up with a couple squirts of that fake spray butter stuff and it was great.
