My schedule does allow for it and the lifting days are actually ideal but I have this impt power yoga event on Saturday. I had totally forgotten abt it. I'll move power to Friday, thanks.

Thanks for the responses. I ended up only 100 cals over (so still a good amount under maintenance), no carbs over, and so it's fine. I think I was more freaking out b/c I worried it would happen...
